Residential Habilitation

Living independently at home may be more challenging for others, especially those who have developmental disabilities or intellectual handicaps. 

Residential Habilitation can provide a remedy for such challenge through services that include assistance in improving daily living skills such as:

  • mobility
  • self care
  • home safety
  • housekeeping
  • personal hygiene
  • meal and diet management
  • budgeting
  • running errands

*This service is provided by a Residential Habilitation Specialist who will work one-on-one with the patient on a regular basis.  We train our patients on skills of daily living through a personalized treatment plan that is reviewed and approved by their primary physician.

 

 

*Participation in Residential Habilitation by the Developmental Disabillity is allowed only to clients that are being served on the waiver
